Well…I’ll be honest. I barely had ten releases I was looking forward to for all of 2015, much less the second half. And my most anticipated 2015 release (The Raven King by Maggie Stiefvater) has been pushed back until February (cries!), so that’s one less to include. I don’t have much on this list. Definitely not ten! But here you go, the few remaining books that I’m looking forward to for the rest of 2015.
1. Invasion of the Tearling by Erika Johansen (today!)
2. The Secrets She Keeps by Deb Caletti (7/7)
3. Walk on Earth a Stranger by Rae Carson (9/22)
4. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo (9/29)
5. Shadows of Self by Brandon Sanderson (10/16)
6. Winter by Marissa Meyer (11/1)
7. Career of Evil by Robert Galbraith (unknown, but supposedly in 2015)
I keep hoping the next Dublin Murder Squad novel by Tana French will be announced…

I’m not really a new release kind of gal, but I found a surprising number of books I’m excited about this year. And I too am horrified about having to wait even longer for The Raven King.

Every time I see someone eagerly anticipating Invasion of the Tearling, I remember I still have to read the first book. Whoops! Do you have a copy yet??

I feel you on the wait for The Raven King, it was one of my most anticipated books of this year too, and finding out it’s release had been pushed made me very sad! I am tapping my fingers with impatience here, I just want to see how it ends already!

I was really surprised when I got the email notification that my library e-copy of the Invasion of the Tearling was ready for download, for some reason I kept thinking it was a July book! I didn’t pub Walk on Earth a Stranger on my list, I have an eARC of it, but I am really excited to read it! I LOVED her Fire and Thorns series so much! I’m also interested in Six of Crows, though I suppose in the time being I could finish her other series! Good list, I hope you enjoy all of these!
